The contribution for any “first-right-of-refusal” is only a contribution to . It is NOT the cost of the License, which will be determined at a later date.
Any contributor can make payments that add up to the final contribution they would like, as long as the Fund-Drive is running. As soon as it stops, all future payments ONLY FROM those who have already contributed something up to that date, will be accepted, although contributions will continue to be accepted under the normal, THREE SATISFACTIONS that all charities give, and no more “first-rights-of-refusals” will be given by “CEDCO” from the date of the closing of the Fund-Drive.
Also, all contributions can be made through Pay Pal, but Pay Pal takes 3% for their fee.
A check, mailed to @ 215 Pebblebrook Street, Arlington Texas, 76014, gives the charity 3% more of your contribution payments.

 • General Terms & Conditions: FIRST: It has to be noted that is only obligated to accept the decisions of the contributing entities, at the posted amounts above, until such time the 3.8 million dollar Phase One Fund-Drive, plus or minus, is reached and all funds are in the possession of , and because at the date of this publishing of available contributions, May 10, 2006, no one knows who or what amounts will be contributed, all the figures posted are on a first to donate - first to receive benefit.
As one can see, all cannot be accepted, because the total will surely rise above the 3.8 million dollar cut-off. The posted herein “Available Contributions” for any of the above, and either the "SEVEN +2 SATISFACTIONS" and/or the matching benefit, will automatically and without prior notice be eliminated and those that have been accepted, adding up to the 3.8 million dollar maximum Fund-Drive amount, plus or minus, will be honored.
It is suggested to any entity considering any matching benefit, or even any contribution from $100.00 up, to contribute in a timely manner to insure they are the one’s considered and Fund-Drive doesn’t end with they not making a decision and possibly losing out.
SECOND:
“CEDCO”, short for the “Clean ‘Enerpower’ Development Corporation”, the Marketing for-profit corporation to be formed and owned exclusively by , will first, by the Board of Directors, decide what Marketing of the GIFT will be accomplished.
Starting at the Introduction Event negotiations with “CEDCO” will begin to take place as per the “First Right of Refusal” positions each of the contribution amounts carries with it, and the decision to accept or reject the matching benefit, of “First Right of Refusal”, will be the sole decision of the contributing entity as to the I. R. S. accepting or rejecting of the tax deduction exemption approved by the I R. S. for , to be taken, the matching benefit to be taken, or both if the contributing entities counsel deems one or the other or both can be taken.
The printing of the minimum contribution, and the matching benefit, does not in any way obligate to give both, as the I. R. S. is the last word in deciding what the worth of the matching benefit is valued at, if anything.
Counsel for contributing entity understands this I. R. S. acceptance or rejection.
