CHALLENGE US:
For a radically new technology to remain commercially viable one has to guard the secrets well. For 42 years, Dante A. Donatelli Jr. has guarded the secrets waiting for the market to be ready to accept his New Science Technology.
Today, in 2006, the markets are crying out for something new in way of energy, fuels and electricity,. ergo  has to also protect the secrets of the GIFT they were given, so as to be commercially successful. The cost of EVERYTHING; fuels, electricity and any energy are going sky high and no one has an answer. WE DO!
That said, we realize we make some rare and controversial claims to attract contributors, but we can prove all we state. Our claims our valid, even our PhD. M. E. , has nothing but positive things to say. However, we did state “CHALLENGE US”!
In our case, , we have to raise some 3.8 million dollars in a One Fund Raiser we call Phase ONE. Once we get to that point we will switch gears and begin Phase TWO and subsequently complete Phase THREE, and of course, Phase FOUR is the Marketing Company and THIS is where those who want to be involved to come in and make real money if they choose. They will have to deal with our Marketing Company for Licenses, Power Plants or whatever else decides to market.
We fully understand the claims we make, and we also know, as fact, we can support every one of them. To this end, we have instigated our “CHALLENGE US” claim as well, but in order to protect our secrets (only one VERY LARGE contributor who join us to see some of what we claim) we had to put a contribution limit in place.
The minimum contribution that will gain access into some of our secrets and get a look see at “Pandora’s Box”, just a crack however, is $2 M of our total fund drive of $3.8 M. This of course will require a very rich individual entity or a corporate donor. Once given, and in our account, one then becomes a partner.
ONCE OUR PARTNER, HE , SHE, OR IT, WILL HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS OTHER PRINCIPLES AND SEE, AT LEAST, WHAT ONE SMALL SECRET IS. The key here is, "only once a partner". Dante will conduct the showing of any secrets, and depending on the open mindedness of each of ONLY two representing the PARTNER, will Dante show more or less!
This entity will automatically have, if he, she, or it, chooses to accept, the “First Right of Refusal” for any of the Marketing we decide to engage in. In fact, as a large Partener, THESE TWO WHO SEE WHAT ONLY TWO OTHERS IN THE WORLD HAVE SEEN, CAN IN FACT BE ON THE BOARD of DIRECTORS of “CEDCO,” Phase FOUR for-profit corporation that will make the decisions of what type Marketing we will engage in.
If, there is another, as the first in, is first served, the best he, she, or it can contribute is 1.8 million, and they then get second chance at first rights of refusal, but not as to CHALLENGING US!
ONLY ONE WILL BE ACCEPTED TO CHALLENGE US.
Remember what we own is worth trillions in the marketplace, and we are taking a chance at even accepting a paltry $2 M, but we have to prove it, ergo the CHALLENGE we offer, ergo the one who contributes at least $2 M, will be the one who sees secrets, Period! For this amount, we will back up our claims of a New Science Technology called “SOLID-POWER” by revealing the Science behind the GIFTED Power Plant. The only caveat, is that there only be two experts involved and they sign OUR Non-Disclosure Agreement, plus have to agree that they will engage in dialogue of the Old Science, before and with dialogue of the New Science. They also must agree not to use tired old clichés as their answers to Old Science questions. They also must have an open mind, although skeptical it may be!
We also fully understand that many smaller contributors would like to “CHALLENGE US”, but for the good of , we cannot accommodate them.
Why, one might ask? Simply because if we reveal secrets to a smaller contributor and he, she, or it has plenty of money, and we as yet haven’t completed Phase Two and Three, we could lose Patent rights, even if Non-Disclosures are signed. These so called protectors of the Science, Non-Disclosure Agreements HAVE TO BE FOUGHT OVER IN COURT if they are violated, as they are NOT what everyone thinks they are if the people signing them are CROOKS or DISHONEST. This takes money. (See Question about Patents under “QUESTIONS & ANSWERS”(Located on our HOME PAGE).
WE SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED WITH THESE SMALLER CONTRIBUTORS AND THE CHANCE TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO PROTECT WHAT WE OWN IF THEY TURN OUT TO BE DISHONEST AND TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT!
The Patent office and the U. S. Patent Laws have been changing, a little at a time, since GAFTA and NAFTA were put in place in the middle 90’s. What this means is that the U.S. Patent laws are being watered down to meet the lower standards of all other countries. In this respect, one of the changes will be, or already has been passed, called the “First Filing,” where anyone with the knowledge and the money can apply for a Patent and OWN the Patent once granted, and the Inventor or Discoverer is ONLY THAT. The old law was that the Inventor was the ONLY one that could file and own a Patent, today or tomorrow this will change. Remember, the word Patent means “to make public” and the World’s governments and Power Brokers want any new Technology to be made public as soon as possible. They do not care about the inventor anymore, just to use and make money off the Technology. There is one other new law that is in place, or will be put in place in the U. S., that is; it used to be any new invention would NOT be made public until the Patent was granted, BUT NOW, because other countries have much weaker patent laws, the APPLICATION WILL BE MADE PUBLIC AFTER 18 or 24 months, even while the Patent Office is deciding on the merits of it to issue a Patent, say in four or five years, thus getting it to the competitors much faster. If NO Patent is issued for any reason, ANYONE CAN USE the INFORMATION GIVEN OUT. As it is, this new law will make it much harder for the Patent holder to do business, since the World knows about the science behind it because the application was let out, but who cares? The Patent office doesn’t! The U. S. Government doesn’t! And, the competition really doesn’t care about and the GIFT belonging to them. THEY WILL USE ANYTHING THEY CAN!
Very simply, the Patent process in the U. S. A. isn’t what it used to be, but it’s the only protection there is, ergo, protection of the secrets is ultra important.
That said; however, we still make the claim, “CHALLENGE US”!
Now, if we receive the $2 M contribution, even from a wealthy Corporation, (and there are tens of thousands who can afford a large contribution) we then are assured to get to the Patent Office first, (and remember, once we have the great Introduction Event, we have established that we, own the New Science Power Plant), since we will not be revealing how we accomplish what the New Science we show states we can accomplish, they will have to take a much longer time to get to the Patent office as we will start Phase Two and Three as soon as the contribution is in. (Also understand, the New Science Technology is just that. It isn’t just one machine, it is a New Science that allows dozens of machines or Power Plants to be built. Dante owns nine others, each with a different use of the New Science of the same Technology, and to show the science to an entity, proving our claims, is NOT showing the actual workings of the GIFT Power Plant that WE own).
In brief, even though they have the science we show them, they will have to take time to invent, and design a working model using the science. Dante has already done that in 1964 and gave it to us, (remember, they will sign OUR Non-Disclosure Agreements and will be presumed honest, BUT there is the chance one isn’t honest and he or she will try to beat us to the Patent office) but we will start on ours immediately and get finished much faster.
BUT, without the large contribution, we cannot start Phase TWO.
Also, remember we will have a lot of smaller contributors and we have to protect the commercial viability for , so they will receive the same benefits we receive. When we win, they win as well, as we need their contributions to , so they will win as well.
It simply would be commercial and business suicide to reveal any secrets to just anyone, unless they contribute at least 2 million of our Fund-Drive, period!
Now, for all the rest: Each of the top 200 contributors will be invited to Dallas to the Great Introduction Event, and the admission into the Event will be free, but getting to the event and sustaining themselves is their responsibility. The others, if they want to come, will be able to pay an additional $100.00 contribution for an Admission for one person, to get in. NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY if they contribute to us. Any besides a contributor that want in, and hasn’t been specifically invited, will have to pay a $250.00 contribution to our organization to get an admission pass. We reserve the right to alter all this, but the $2 M to accept a CHALLENGE by us, stands as is.
Remember, we are a Charitable Organization with volunteer help, so we just can’t let anyone in without something in (contributions) return. No money goes into anyone’s pockets.
The ones that decide to come to the Event will THEN see the results of the “CHALLENGE US”, as they will witness history and be included in any photographs they want and meet anyone present, PLUS see the Power Plant GIFT in its full glory, operating as WE CLAIM.
Remember, this will be an historic event and who wouldn’t want to be at it, especially if they are the one’s who helped make it possible, and the one’s who will have their “NAME IMMORTALIZED” either on the GIFT or in a Gold Book attached to the GIFT.
So, everyone that counts, (only our contributors count), will either get the secrets first hand (if they are the BIG contributors), or be at the Introduction Event and witness the Power Plant operating as claimed as the entire World will be watching.
To the cynics, sorry, we have nothing for you as even if we showed you everything, being cynics, you wouldn’t believe it if it was operating right before your eyes.
AS WE STATED: We will ONLY show a secrete or two to TWO individuals from the CHALLENGING entities corporation or personal business. In other words, we will show it to two experts, or potential experts we should say first, or one potential expert and the entity who is making the challenge, who may or may not be an engineer or a member of science. Only TWO individual people. One or two of science, or one of science and one of non-science, the boss so to speak. Any more of science will just be a tremendous hill to climb, as each thinks they know what they know, as fact, which in fact, most of the Old Science they know, or think they know, is not even true and even with only two potential experts, it will be a hard hill to climb FOR THEM!
The potential expert(s) have to follow a set of rules, taken from the “DON’T BELIEVE US” booklet written by Dante A. Donatelli Jr., but reprinted here:
NOW, IN ORDER FOR A PERSON TO CLAIM HE IS AN EXPERT, AND CAPABLE OF JUDGING THE ABOVE CLAIM, OR ANY CLAIM DANTE MAKES, HE MUST:
FIRST: He or she must have a full knowledge of the Old Science laws and principles connected with Dante’s claims.
SECOND: Or, he or she must, at least, know the definition of “Classical Mechanics”, the field of physics Dante’s work comes from and be able to explain it.
THIRD: He or she must recognize that they are ONLY experts of all this Old Science, if they think they are expert, and if they even know it.
FOURTH: They must be of the mind, to converse intelligently, pronouncing no “educational superiority”, spouting rhetoric they learned in college, or flexing their ego’s, but have no basis for. In other words, they MUST have an open, skeptical is O.K., mind! If they have a cynical mind, Dante could spend ten years with them and they will not even admit the sky is blue!
The fact is, they may have a degree, but are not as educated as Dante in both the Old Science that allows his discoveries to be, or the NEW SCIENCE, that which his discoveries are. Where they spent a couple of months, in physics classes and engineering classes, learning from ONE book, that which the professors chose to teach from , learning all they could be taught ( as there are hundreds, maybe even a thousand, world-wide, written by different people, all thinking they know the facts), about science and physics, etc., Dante spent 8 years learning the physics field of ”Classical Mechanics” and all the appropriate subjects surrounding this ONE field of physics, like energy, power, work, the laws and principles, and much more, WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN WERE TAUGHT THE DEFINITION OF IN COLLEGE, but the field Dante’s discoveries fall into, “Classical Mechanics”, according to one of the best physics professors in the World, this field has been dead for centuries, which simply means that no work or research or teaching has been done in this field for decades.
This fact alone, that Classical Mechanics has not been taught for decades, simply means that few even know about it, where Dante studied it using over 14 science, physics, encyclopedias and a Collegiate dictionary, plus a Time-Line Book, to learn what he knows about it.
FIFTH: They must have the internal fortitude to say YES, when yes is appropriate during the explanation and conversations, and NOT continue with no, because we were taught different or to want more time to collaborate with another so called potential expert.
And a couple more:
SIXTH: They must have the necessary time to spend with Dante to have him explain the Old Science and why it isn’t what they, or exactly why it isn’t what the textbooks say it is. Time herein is measured in days. Not weeks or months, as some may want when presented with facts that are foreign to their ears. Dante doesn’t have the time to wait 21 months, as he had to wait in 1991, when his now World Class Expert Ph.D., ME. had to be helped along with collaborating proof from another mechanical Engineer who had better hardware and analytical software. Even Ted didn’t believe his own analysis work when he performed it, but did after another proved him and Dante right with better analytical work and graphs.
The time of a few days has to be accepted, and at the end of each day a meeting of the minds has to be reached by Dante and the one or two experts. If not, that days work and explanation will be wasted. This is where the internal fortitude spoken of above comes in. If they are weak, they will not even admit to the truth, even if they believe it.
Remember, there are very, very few free minded people in the world, and these potential experts all have jobs and careers they do not want to jeopardize, so their answers to obvious facts that they never were taught, but are true, may not come forth easily.
Some may say Dante is just to stringent. They will say that any engineer or scientist will understand a secret when shown, and that Dante should just show the secret and if it works everyone will know it. This thinking is not right, as the New Science that allows them to even understand the secret, isn’t know by the best in the World, and what they know of the Old Science, isn’t quite right as well. Remember in Galileo’s day, NO ONE BELIEVED HIM because they didn’t understand him, and he proved EVERY ONE OF THEM TOTALLY WRONG!
These rules are put herein so that ANYONE WHO WANTS TO CHALLENGE DANTE, knows of them and agrees to them, BEFORE THEY EVEN CONTRIBUTE THEIR MONEY. Their contribution MUST be in our bank FIRST, as they then will be our partners, and they then will be as privileged as us, to know the facts of the GIFT. NOTHING happens, so please do not ask, before the contribution, a Tax Deductible contribution, is in our bank, ready for us to use. We will NOT show before, as the entity will be a stranger to us before and we will not show strangers anything.
SEVENTH: In simple terms, they must be willing to be educated all over again, no matter what degree they hold, or how many degrees they hold, they must be of the mind to learn the logical truth about what they think they know and understand.
EIGHTH: Both individuals that Dante feels can handle the secrets, after they understand the Old and New Science, will have to sign a 's Non-Disclosure Agreement. No other Agreement will be accepted, simply because ours has no loop holes in it. If one really doesn’t have any intention on sharing our secrets with anyone, he or she will not have a problem with signing our Agreement. We will not mail an Agreement to any entity or attorney. It will be read and signed in our Corporate office. If one needs an attorney to first read it, they will have to bring one with them.
NINTH: The “CHALLENGE US” must come from an American entity. We have purposely attached the “First Right of Refusal” for a DOMESTIC LICENSE, so as the Technology FIRST is used in AMERICA, ergo, any secrets which are asked for, WILL ONLY BE REVEALED TO AN AMERICAN BORN and EDUCATED INDIVIDUAL. (Only two entities will be shown, and each must follow One through Seven above, plus we want no secrets being stolen, as well, by foreign entities. Two Million Dollars, is a cheap price to pay for secrets worth TRILLIONS of dollars. We will be vigilant in this area, you can bet your boots, as we now have no competition and want none for decades to come).
Remember just one thing:
Dante discovered a New Science FROM the Old Science. He didn’t create anything, or magically make something appear. There had to be Old Science there, for him to even find it.
Then, it took him 8 years, studying the Old Science, because most everyone stated he couldn’t discover what he already had. Read this again. He had already discovered what everyone was stating was impossible to discover!
Now, in a few days, he must convince those potential experts, using the 8 years of learning, that they really do not know what they think they do, because Dante found all the contradictions and controversy in their Old Science. This may even mean a dozen or so potential experts will have to be addressed to find one or two that will follow these rules.
The bottom line: Those who wish to be experts against Dante’s work, MUST THINK THEY ARE MORE EDUCATED IN the OLD SCIENCE, or at least AS MUCH AS DANTE IS!
They of course, ARE NOT EDUCATED, AT ALL, IN THE LEAST, IN FACT THEY NEVER EVEN DREAMED OF WHAT DANTE CLAIMS, ERGO , THIS MAKES DANTE the WORLD CLASS EXPERT ON THE NEW SCIENCE, PERIOD, and each must understand this, going in!
Challenging Dante isn’t as easy as it sounds, because there are just too many that believe so much that is already wrong, and understanding something discovered from what they think is right, is a very difficult thing for anyone to accept, no matter how educated! Even writing herein about it gets confusing, but Dante knows the truth and will educate those who want to know it! THEN he will educated them about the New Science and finally when they see a secret or two, THEY WILL TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THEM!
