First, let me start by saying I am not a writer.  I never started out in life to write, ergo I have no formal training in writing.  The fact is, when I started my journey 50 years ago, the last thing I ever wanted to do was write all about it.

Today, however, I have written more words that I ever thought I could write.  The reason is simple.  I have to explain something that I can prove, but I have to explain it in a way that proves my Technology could exist and does exist, but without giving any secrets away.

I also must say, that I never started out to challenge science.  I really do not care about the cynical, erroneous and incomplete physics that is being taught in our colleges.  I personally walked out of that venue!

All I did was experience one Basic Law of Nature, that produced a huge amount of energy, and power, and apparently it was free, as well.  I asked one question,  then went about solving and answering my own question, spending my own money and time and I discover what they apparently couldn’t, and they challenged me.  I HAD TO study their Old Science.  I studied for over 11 years, read over 14 science and physics reference books, (not just one or two, as these are biased to the authors thinking,) so as to get the complete truth as to the what, why and how I could discover what they didn’t, as there had to be something they didn’t know in their Old Science history, for them to act as they did against me.  I could understand their resistance because many before me made similar claims I found out.  BUT IN MY RARE CASE, I was right, I have the proof, I was proved VALID in just one small part of the vast Technology I discovered,  and  I had to know more than they, so I could challenge them!   In other words, in my own right, I had to be ‘EDUCATIONALLY  SUPERIOR” to them as far as what I DISCOVERED.

I did challenge them, on a World wide venue.  They lost that  battle, as I asked them over 300 questions that they didn’t even have a clue as to the answers, all from THEIR Old Science history.  I asked them slowly, and over a three month period, on Trans World News. com, a World-wide news service venue! 

I  won that battle.  They  now, (the cynical physicists,) are reduced to impotency as far as what I discovered is concerned and just only one thing I discovered “will rank as one of the greatest discoveries of the twentieth century”, a statement made by one of the best known academics in the nation, a certain Dr. Richard Olenick, which can be found on .org, under “REPORTS” !

What I discovered has been and still is considered impossible by most others IN science, (Dr. Olenick and a certain Ted Carnes, PhD., ME., PE BOTH witnessed a few secrets and VALIDATED THAT WHICH THEY WITNESSED,) ergo my writing all these words just to prove science was wrong, and still is.  That said, and the fact that I will make a few errors in sentence formulation, spelling and just pure inexperience in writing, here is the story, in as brief of text as I can tell it.

Looking back on my life I know now that I was destined to do exactly what I am doing.  At the age of four I was introduced to the exact same technology the gift I gave ,  contains.  I still carry the scar, above my left eye from the traumatic experience that put me in the hospital, TWICE, as I wasn’t sure what happened the first time, so I re-enacted the scenario a second time, and I still carry the scar of this time, on my butt.  Of course, then I didn’t know where I would be in life at the age of 71.

When I was 18, and I had to leave college because I couldn’t bring myself around to believing what my physics professors were trying to teach, as I asked hundreds of questions about what they were teaching and they had very few answers for them that I could accept, so I failed most of my physics courses  and had to leave.

But, I had a problem.  I had a father that was a strict Italian disciplinarian and he only had a second grade education.  He became a barber because it was the cheapest school he could attend.  He cut the hair of many engineers and my father had my future mapped out.  He wanted me to become an engineer.  When I applied to the University of Pittsburgh, I majored in Industrial Engineering, as I didn’t know one engineer from another, but as I stated, I didn’t fare well with my physics professors.  That said, however, I did make straight A +’s in both Architectural Drafting and Architectural Design courses, plus straight A +’s in both courses, Machine Design and Mechanical Drafting. (This is what kept me in college for near three years.  )It seemed I had a natural talent for anything that dealt with mind and hand coordination.

My problem, when I left college, was how to tell my father.  Once again, remember, he didn’t know one engineer from another, as all he knew was he wanted me to be an engineer, because all the engineers he cut hair for seemed to be doing well in life, financially.  I came up with a brilliant idea.  I would go to the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and study to be an aircraft mechanic, as in those days there were two airline companies, T. W. A. and Eastern, both out of business now,  that took the best young mechanics from their ranks and sent them to school and they would study to be Flight Engineers.

I took the entrance exam, and low and behold I scored the highest grade ever, (the school was in business for 25 years when I took the exam,) I scored a 299 out of a possible 300!  It seemed that my talents laid in the fact that I could handle mind and hand coordination really well, as that is what  Mechanical Aptitude tests measures.

I went home and told my dad I left college, BUT I was going to be a Flight Engineer, and although he was disappointed that I left college, he didn’t take it to bad when I told him I was still going to be an “engineer”.

THANK GOD I left school, or more to the point, as I now know the truth, it was GOD’S plan, BECAUSE IF I DIDN’T, and IF I STAYED and GOT INDOCTRINATED AS ALL ENGINEERS DO TODAY, ABOUT ERRONEOUS OLD SCIENCE, I WOULDN’T HAVE DISCOVERED WHAT I DID!

After 18 months of study, I graduated first in my class, and receiving a Federal license, I was offered a job in New York with T. W. A.  But, while at the school, being ahead of my classmates, I would do odd construction and carpentry jobs for the school, for payment of course, and one of the jobs I was asked to do was to construct a model of a Venturi Tunnel.  As some know, a Venturi tunnel is where aircraft are tested.  I built a beauty and as far as I know they are still  using it to teach students about the low pressures, high speed air, that travels through this device.

In New York, I was earning more money than I ever thought I could, but after a year, I didn’t want to be a Federally Approved  Aircraft Mechanic anymore, and of course, I didn’t want to be an engineer, BUT,. I learned three things about myself during that stint if life, ONE, was that I had a tremendous urge to ask questions and when they weren’t answered, I had to either quit that which was giving me the attitude of asking questions, like college, or find the answers myself.  TWO, I had a really tremendous Mechanical Ability, and THREE, I built a Venturi tunnel, NOT KNOWING that I would be associated with Constantine Venturi for eternity, as he discovered the second use of the Bernoulli principle, for gaseous matter in motion, ergo his tunnel, air-flight, carburetors and gas metering devices all being invented after him

I DISCOVERED the THIRD USE of the SAME PRINCIPLE for solid matter in motion. I WILL JOIN Venturi and Daniel Bernoulli, the original discoverer of his principle, FOR ETERNITY, as NOW, there Are no more matters that exist that the principle will operate with. 

In 1995, Dr. Richard Olenick VALIDATED the fact that I had discovered this third use and stated:

“IT WILL RANK AS ONE OF THE GREATEST DISCOVERIES OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY”.

I had to leave New York because I wasn’t happy, and being a mechanic or flight engineer all my life, really didn’t excite me.  My passions were in the construction industry, as I started in this field when I was 12, through high school I did part time construction work, and by the time I was in college, and through the 18 months of mechanics school, I had my own small construction company with two men working for me.  Even when I was in New York working the night shift as a mechanic, I had a part time job during the day building wood row boats for a local company.  I loved  carpentry.  By the time I realized my life’s work,  I was near 22 years old, and I could go home and face my father, telling him that construction was my life’s work.

I started a cabinet shop in his barber shop basement.  I continued working in the construction business, remolding homes.  Then building homes.  Then, all the way up to designing, building and owning my own apartment buildings, and semi-retired by the age of 40, since I had an income that fit my style of living at that time.  But, I am getting ahead of myself.

In 1957, as I was going from job to job in my construction business, as I was 22 going on 23, I felt a tremendous shaking of the steering wheel.  I had to bring my truck to a stop and then I found I had lost a lead wheel weight, and in those days, right after the second world war, tires and rims were not as good as they are today, and the lead weight I lost was a 5 oz. piece of lead.  I didn’t know at the time what had happened, as I went to the tire store, they re-balanced my tire and wheel and I went on my way, BUT this incident bothered me for many years.

I later found out that the loss of the 5oz. lead weight, caused so much energy and power, that my wheel bearings were taking a pounding and the vibration went all the way up to my steering wheel.  Once I studied it, it dawned on me that THIS WAS ENERGY being developed, not by the lost wheel weight, BUT BY the TIRE and RIM, OFF BALANCED PART, that was trying to tear my wheel bearings apart.  In other words, the amount of off balance was 5 oz, and this amount, at 55 miles an hour, developed so much energy and power that if allowed to continue, I WOULD HAVE DESTROYED MY TRUCK.

Maybe some reading this have experienced the same thing.

I asked a question.  Why, if so much energy and power was being developed, and it wasn’t being developed by the gasoline energy making my truck go 55 miles an hour, but simply by the 5oz. Off weight GOING 55 MILES AN HOUR, why couldn’t this be harnessed, in a machine and used for something worthy, like running an electrical generator delivering nearly free, clean and safe electricity.  After all, it cost NOTHING to develop, just VELOCITY,  MOTION and 5oz. of  rubber and steel, the off balanced wheel and tire.

In 1963, I was doing well, and had made a lot of money, but I had to get an answer to my question, so besides running two businesses, I opened a research and development center and started to build machines.  The first one I built, destroyed the frame.  The second, third and fourth weren’t much better, even though I went from wooden frames to metal frames, the vibration was still there.  But, in late 1964, after spending a hundred thousand dollars (1960 dollars) and many, many hours, I hit upon the key!

What I was doing wrong was trying to harness something that didn’t want harnessed, the same as the off balanced tire and rim was acting in my truck, in 1957.  (And, this is one reason science believes it is impossible to harness, as one has to attach the off balanced weight, and THIS CREATED the PROBLEM of TREMENDOUS VIBRATION.)

When I invented mechanics to allow the off balance weights, (as I was using lead objects, in sets, to try to minimize the vibration, but later proved to be a GOD SEND as everyone of my TEN Power Plants, nine now that I gave one away, has a set of objects, one to and one fro, or one going down while one is rising, or one traveling 180 degrees opposite from the other,) to travel in a natural motion path, instead of a controlled path, (today it simply means, as in the truck  tire and rim being held in perfect alignment by a wheel bearing, thus an AXIS of SYMMETRY was what the bearing and axle started with,   I use specially innovative AXIS’S of NON - SYMMETRY,) 

and by way of allowing the Basic Laws of Nature to take over, NOW I DEVELOP ENERGY and POWER, EXTRACT IT, TRANSMIT IT, and USE IT TO RUN ELECTRICAL GENERATORS with NO VIBRATION. 
THAT is the KEY!.

From 1964, until 1990, I discovered Ten Basic Laws of Nature, in other words, I found TEN WAYS to put sets of objects in motion, IN a NATURAL MOTION PATH, accomplishing the exact same results as I did in 1964, as I then had a 5000 Power Plant, going at 104% efficiency, (LESS ELECTRICAL input than ELECTRICAL output.)    purposely left the Power Plant run at ONLY a 104% efficiency, as if I would have it run itself, in 1964, I would have been shot!  I did this because I was trying to garnish a partnership with large corporations and I didn’t want to give away any secrets, but  then found out there was no interest, as fuel was cheap, electricity was cheap, the BIG Power Companies had a monopoly developing and selling electricity, and NO ONE WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ENERGY or FUEL!

I immediately tore the Power Plant down, after 5 Electrical Engineers validated it’s operation and continued with my inventing of other Power Plants, KNOWING I had discovered something rare.

BUT,   what I didn’t know was ANY of the SCIENCE that made my Power Plants operate at ANY EFFICIENCY I WANTED, EVEN  any one of my Power Plants to run themselves, forever, with no more fuel added,  WHICH, BY the WAY, EVEN IN 1964, WAS TOTALLY BELIEVED IMPOSSIBLE by SCIENCE.

NO MACHINE, DEVICE or POWER PLANT COULD GET OVER 100% EFFICIENCY.  Today, science erroneously calls this “OVER UNITY”, and this term is wrong.  Even though my Power Plants, run-themselves, ELECTRICALLY, THEY NEVER GO OVER THAT WHICH THEY ARE DESIGNED TO GENERATE.  THEY NEVER GO OVER UNITY, they are just very, very, very efficient at putting in less electrical energy and getting more electrical energy out.  THIS also drives science crazy, BUT THEY ARE WRONG, as they do not know their Old Science and my ability to achieve what ever OVER 100% EFFICIENCY I want to achieve, is deep rooted in Old Science history. 

Over the years, when I told engineers what I accomplished, without showing any secrets, THEY LAUGHED AT ME.  I really didn’t care because I already accomplished  what they said couldn’t be done.  My only problem was getting a large company to even see me, as I was considered nuts.

Even today, I fight the same battle, I have to be nuts, because any Power Plant that runs itself, electrically, runs forever, and needs no fuel, IS HERESY.  I must be nuts.  The FACT IS, and I proved it, SCIENCE DOESN’T REALLY KNOW or UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN OLD SCIENCE, AS WELL AS I DO!  This is probably another nutty statement in some minds, BUT NO PHYSICISTS ANSWERED ANY OF MY 300 QUESTIONS  I posed for them, because THEY ARE TEACHERS, and ARE EDUCATED IN PHYSICS! 

NONE DID!   NONE COULD!   ERGO, NONE ARE RIGHT!

In 1991, after some personal problems, as I couldn’t work at my trade anymore because of bad knees and hips, I decided to find a qualified PhD., ME, because a PhD is considered the HIGHEST EDUCATED PERSON society has to offer.  I got lucky, I found one that HAD EXPERIENCE WITH SO CALLED NUTS as he INVALIDATED TWO OTHER MEN’S WORK showing them where their supposedly “free energy” was coming from.

He agreed to analyze mine, knowing full well, in his own mind, that he could invalidate my work, as well.  After 21 months of work, as ALL his  reports can be read on this website, under “REPORTS”, HE VALIDATED, ONE PART of a THREE PART, (the one that uses three sets of lead objects, in motion, using three different Basic Laws of Nature,) Power Plant, AND PROVED I discovered the Third Use of the Bernoulli principle, although I had to, in 1994, find a PhD., of Physics, a certain Dr. Richard Olenick, who’s reports ALSO are listed in the same “REPORTS” section of this site, who SCIENTIFICALLY CONFIRMED I had what was proven.  I have a dynamic model that proves, beyond a doubt, plus mathematics, plus a superior analysis, that I discovered what I claim.  Ted Carnes, PhD., ME., PE. Is still with me, as we meet maybe ten times a year, to discuss our progress, as he is also on ,  Board of Directors.

BUT, neither the PROFESSOR of PHYSICS, CHAIR of the physics department, the University of Dallas, nationally known for his text books and physics curriculums, and Ted, who is a very qualified engineer but ONLY HAS A CURSORY EDUCATION in physics, AS ALL ENGINEERS DO;

COULD TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT HOW, or SCIENTIFICALLY WHY I could achieve what THEY KNOW I CAN!

After a few years of still trying to find a “partner” of sorts, as the marketplace, in 1990, started to change, as deregulation in the electric power generating business started to happen, I stopped EVERYTHING in 1995 and found 14 reference books, physics, encyclopedias, etc. and read EVERYTHING I COULD about “Classical Mechanics”, energy, power, force, work and EVERY RELATED  SCIENTIFIC TOPICS that had to do with the physics field, a “dead” field according to Dr. Olenick, as he is the BEST in the WORLD, or ONE of them, anyhow, stated.  And, because it has been dead for many decades, NOT ONE STUDENT IS TAUGHT CLASSICAL MECHANICS in college, ergo, NONE KNOW ABOUT IT.  PERIOD!  BUT, that doesn’t stop them from making stupid remarks about me and my technology.

What I found filled dozens of books I have written.  Quite a few of my booklets appear right on this site, for anyone with an interest can read and understand.

In 2005, Congress altered the laws as to what charitable organizations could accept, and Intellectual Property was one of the things acceptable.  I started ,  gave them a GIFT of Intellectual Property, one of the TEN Power Plants I owned,  plus 10% of the technology, that Basic Law of Nature and science that covers the gift, AND the GIFT IS THE SAME SUCCESSFUL POWER PLANT with modern modifications, that I had running in 1964.  Once the Texas not-for-profit corporation was formed, I applied to the I. R. S. for a tax exemption, and after 7 months, got one for TWO I. R. S. APPROVED CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES we are going to perform.  A copy of this letter is available on this site, and if anyone wants to read our 156 page Application, they can use the number provided and the I. R. S. has it posted on their site.

BUT, WHEN WE HAD OUR FIRST NEWS RELEASE, on July 15, 2006, I got hit with a bombshell!  A certain William Hetherington, who poses as a physics professor from Oregon State University, placed these words, ONE DAY AFTER, on his website.

“Energy News – FRAUD!”

I was furious, not because some idiot put something negative on his website, and for all those who understand the world wide web, negative news travels faster than water over a dam, I WAS FURIOUS THAT HE DIDN’T EVEN ASK US ONE QUESTION, E-MAIL ONE OF MY EXPERTS, TELEPHONE US TO SEE WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT, or EVEN FAX US FIRST!

What he did was to use his ARROGANT, “SUPPOSED EDUCATIONAL SUPERIORITY”, his “ACADEMIC LICENSE”, and his EGO and POSITION at the University, TO CALL US “FRAUDS”!

After all, the ENTIRE WORLD IS LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ENERGY and FUEL. and EVEN THOUGH HE MAY DISAGREE, HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST, HONORED MY TWO EXPERTS, WHO ARE BETTER THAN HE ABOUT WHAT WE OWN, SIMPLY  BECAUSE THEY WITNESSED A LITTLE OF IT, ONE WOULD THINK a PROFESSOR of PHYSICS WOULD HAVE AT LEAST SENT THEM AN E-MAIL!

WE HAD TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

I know MORE ABOUT the OLD SCIENCE of WHAT I HAVE DISCOVERED, since it took me 11 years to study and  to make some sense of it, as it is as screwed up as science itself is today, AND I and the ORGANIZATION HAD TO CHALLENGE the ENTIRE WORLD of CYNICAL PHYSICISTS, and WEBWORMS and WEB MAGGOTS, all those who take negative words and add some more, and post it on their site, as they THEN SAY THEY ARE the EXPERTS.

On Trans World News. com, on September 18, October 9, October 30, and November 20, 2006, which may or may not be over when one starts reading this, I ASKED OVER 300 QUESTIONS, ALL OLD SCIENCE QUESTIONS, ALL QUESTIONS PHYSICS PROFESSORS and PHYSICISTS ALL OVER the WORLD SHOULD KNOW the ANSWERS TO, and GUESS WHAT:

NO ONE, NOT ONE PHYSICIST, NOT ONE PHYSICS PROFESSOR, NO ONE, NOT EVEN ONE WEBWORM or WEB MAGGOT, ANSWERED ONE QUESTION.

The reasons are simple.  FIRST, they know NOTHING about the history of science, as relates to the subjects I studied.  SECONDLY, they know nothing about “Classical Mechanics”, a field of physics that has been DEAD for, no one knows how long, BUT IT IS DEAD, and HAS BEEN SINCE ELECTRONICS CAME ALONG, I think back in the 1940’s, and THIRD, THEY THINK THEY SHOULD KNOW EVERYTHING about physics, ESPECIALLY the ENGINEERS of the WORLD, BUT THEY ONLY HAVE A CURSORY EDUCATION IN PHYSICS, but the KNOW - IT-ALL, or supposed KNOW – IT - ALL PHYSICISTS FROM ALL OVER the WORLD, those that Einstein referred to “A  MILLION MEDIOCRE SCIENTIFIC MINDS  DENOUNCE ALL GREAT  DISCOVERIES”, COULDN’T ANSWER THEM.

We even told the world that WE WOULD PAY FOR THEIR ANSWERS ON A NEWS RELEASE, or TWO OR THREE, if they needed this many.  After all, (as there is a limit of 5000 words on the News Service, Trans World News. com, that we used, IT TOOK FOUR NEWS RELEASES TO ASK THE QUESTIONS.

STILL, NO ONE ANSWERED a SINGLE ONE!

The Website negativity dried up.

This William Heatherington, ONE DAY AFTER WE LAMBASTED HIM and his University  with a NEWS RELEASE, and we considered suing them for slander,  HE REMOVED ALL TRACES of “ENERGY NEWS – FRAUD” from his website.

Now, I am not a vindictive man, but I did consult an attorney, and I had a perfect case against this man and the University, WHY?  BECAUSE I CAN PROVE IN ANY COURT of LAW, THAT WHAT WE STATED IS the TRUTH.

After considering the sources, and our desire not to give secrets away, (as in court, we would have to,)  we decided not to bring any action against this man or the University.

NOW, SIX MONTHS LATTER, DECEMBER 2006, we are starting our ONE-TIME Fund Drive!

ALL WE CAN SAY, because in some places, those who may not know we Challenged the WORLD and WON, we are still considered NUTS, is

CHALLENGE US. 
IF YOU WANT TO or SEE ANY BENEFITS of EARNING TENS of MILLIONS FOR YOURSELF!

CHALLENGE US to se IF WE OWN WHAT WE CLAIM.

Yes, I may seem a little angry, or even crude, by some standards, but I really do not care.

At my age, and after nearly 60 years in the business world, KNOWING MOST of the TRICKS of the TRADE and also knowing that GREED and CORRUPTION RULE, and the fact that I do not have to be “POLITICALLY CORRECT”, as long as there are idiots like this Hetherington guy around, WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL, PHYSICS PROFESSOR, WITH a PHD., all we need are  TWO ENTITIES WHO GIVE BIG MONEY TO CHARITIES, FOR a ONE TIME GIFT TO US, to reach our Fund Drive goal, AND NEVER NEED ANOTHER PENNY.  Read the other “ANSWERS’, the “DETAILS’” of “CEDCO”,  “The GIFT” and ,  plus the  “ENERGY /  FUEL / POWER” details, and DECIDE FOR YOURSELVES,  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ONE OF THE TWO WE NEED.
