HAS DEVELOPED A FIVE PHASE PLAN:
The First Phase is the FUNDING of from 3.3 minimum, to 6 million maximum. This funding will pay for the next THREE phases. YOUR ONE TIME donation, added to others, will provide this fund. When considering the worth of the Technology of the GIFT, a TRILLION dollars, the amount we need to succeed is, so to speak, a drop in the bucket.
